But it's true lol my thoughts:

I'd rather live a life enjoying the little things - that glass of wine, that fattening slice of pizza, being a sloth in bed or on the couch sometimes... I'm 32 years old, healthy, abit outta shape but far from obese. 138 lbs & 5'5. I rarely do any cardio anymore (maybe I should but oh well). I feel great actually. Life is too short to count calories.
