NO BASHING

My daughter is 4 months old. When she was newborn I used to rock her in my arms to sleep, then she got bigger and she began to dislike it. So I then bounced her in her bouncer and she went to sleep in that. She outgrew that and now the only way I can get her to nap is by rocking her in her car seat. aqua styled items to wear for maid of the bride

Are their any other ways I can get my little one to sleep? I don't like her napping in her car seat as she's not laying flat, she naps every 2 hours for about 30mins at a time. It can't be very good for her. I don't believe in letting her cry it out. So any suggestions would be great. Thankyou!
