Sometimes things happen that make things more difficult. My 10 week old baby is teething. He's miserable. Had I not food prepped on Sunday I would have to just grab very quick foods. Luckily I did so I can still eat healthy. It is much harder to follow my healthy eating plan with a young baby. But I do it because it's important to me. If it's important we always find a way.

I had healthy blood pressure all through my pregnancy. Then after he was born something shifted. I beli ... eve it's hormonal. The Drs do not know the cause. All of a sudden my blood pressure went to 170/110. I was put on medication but the Dr said go ahead and work out but watch your blood pressure. So I started a new kind of intense program. 10 minutes in my blood pressure shot way up. So for now I can't do that program. The old me would've said well I can't do it and thrown in the towel. But that's not me anymore. I will keep trying our programs until I find one that works. So I'll still eat my healthy diet, drink my delicious milkshakes and try different exercise programs and find one that doesn't elevate my blood pressure. I won't stop!
