My daughter is 11 year old. My bm & I have never done the whole court thing because I'm an active father n give her money orders ( yes i keep copies) every payday (very 2 weeks). Also visitation has never been established by court because we were able to be adult for the 1 year after she left me. Deal was every 2 weeks. And for holidays every other holiday and switch holidays every year...
My ex and my were together 8 years. My daughter is 11. When my daughter ... was 9 years old that schedule above was perfect rule by rule. I didn't date till she was 10 years old because I wanted to focus on my daughter... Once she found out I had a girl. Bm went all types of Cray Cray. Telling my daughter things like I was replacing her. That I broke our family up. When she left me for someone else. Keeping my child from me. Calling my girls job & mine. (my daughter told her where she worked) Telling my girl I was writing her trying to get back. ( i never said or did any of that) mind you she has a man aka the guy she left me for....it's like she bipolar. From time to time she's cool then crazy. Anyway my girl and I got pregnant when my daughter was11 years old. (Planned we fell in love and she's truly my soul as corny as that sounds idgaf.) Bm went ballistic. Telling me shit like she was going to kill my unborn child at the time by hitting my girl on her belly.... old Hollywood wears for prom party
& so on.... Everything cooled down after a few months.... Then I proposed to my gf... Same thing happened with baby mom this time. She went to my daughter telling her that i didn't love her and i was Going to replace her by having another family and a lot of hurtful things... (We try to keep my daughter involved as much as we can. A lot of the time we can't because bm questions her every time she goes back home... When ever we do get her.... Now my daughter is turning 12 years old. I married my wife 2 months ago. Bm started talking to daughter again telling her hurtful things about me & my wife....
My relationship with my wife was really fast in 2 years we got married & had a baby... She was my girlfriend in school. We broke up because her parents moved away n took her. So basically picked up where we left off. We have a beautiful relationship.... With all these going on. I talk to my daughter. She tells my nothing wrong about my wife. she loves being a big sister. On my days of she spend more time with my wife then me. They have a good time. My wife has never said my daughter has being difficult with her and nether has my daughter.... So now bm get pregnant n is having a baby the same month my son was born but next year... Not my problem tho it's just pretty funny.... Now that she having a baby she's putting me on child support & keeps asking me to call child support and go my self... Mind you I pay regardless if i get to see my kid or not... so I'm going for full custody....
