I’m reading a lot of reviews about people being upset with policies(7 days to request a return, restocking fees etc..) I was aware of all of these policies before I bought my daughters dress. I simply read the fine print. When I received my daughters dress and it was too big, I contacted customer service within the 7 days and Caitlyn B. was more than accommodating and helpful in the process of ordering a new dress.
